Smb Shares Run Very Slowly...

1.  My SMB shares work, but it takes about a full minute every time I change directories or access a file.  I've tried full/half duplex, guest/non-guest accounts, using my computer name and actual IP address.  I can get Relax to work just fine, but I'd rather be using SMB...

2.  Where can I find a manual or readme for XBMC that explains the config file?

I really love XBMC - it quickly replaced XBMP :).  <

A manual is being worked on.

And for smb, there is a new cache option in the cvs, hopefully that will help you out...  <
