in franchise mode when i am done with a game and i click end game it freezes and i am stuck.  i can not finish a game with out it freezing.  the game is not scratch at all, i do not understand. this has happened to me 4 times in a row.  can i take it back at all? i do not have a receipt though.... any suggestions
