Halo3 Multiplayer Problem

Today I got Halo3, I tried the matchmaking on XBL trying to find a lobby... Problem is that lobbies are found and after 2 seconds its as if I am kicked out and it does restarting search and continues like this I mean it goes in a lobby and disconnects me from the lobbies after 2 seconds and restarts searching again.,.. Am I doing something wrong ? I play normally cod3 so dont have any personal problems with live...
