In halo 2 you could make seperate profiles and then use them as guest profiles while playing multiplayer split screen on live. I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this on H3 and am wondering if the option is there.

It sucks if the option isn't there because than you have to change preferences every time you log guests on. For esxample one of my buddies likes to invert and we all play green thumb and with look sensitivity at medium. It would also be nice to have the appearance of our characters saved.

If anyone has figured out how to do this or if it just isn't possible please let me know.

you have to create a silver account in the dashboard, usually the same goes for most games on the 360 that can have guests.

I have silver accounts for my friends but Halo 3 will not let you play with them over live. It says the profiles do not have permission and i have to swich everyone to a guest in order to play multiplayer over live. If i want to play on my network it allows it.

So do you know if there are any options to save a guest profile or do i just have to have everyone adjust everything whenever we log on.

Thanks for the reply, i had figured there wasn't a way to save i just wanted to make sure. It really is my only gripe with the game so far and it is pretty minor so all in all it has been a good experiance. Hopefully they add something in the future that will allow for a guest profile but untill than i will just deal.
