Split Movies Cd1, Cd2, Cd3 Etc

XB Media Player supports files like

movie-CD1.mpg
movie-CD2.mpg
movie-CD3.mpg

and plays them all

my xbmc stops after CD1 file has ended anyone have XBMC that works like XBMP?

Read the bugs.txt that comes with XBMC.. Specifically the TODO list (file stacking).

a friend of mine was just asking me about this a few minutes ago.


i nromaly select fuzzy and my xbox plays things fine cept for him it dont <

It seems there is a configuration option in the xml where you can configure the parameters for stacking. I haven't tried it but will soon. <

Open XboxMediaCenter.xml and delete:
CODE

  
  [ _\.-]+part[ \.]+([0-9a-d]+)
  [ _\.-]+cd[ \.]+([0-9a-d]+)
  [ _\.0-9-]([abcd])\....$
  [^ \.]([0-9])\....$
  



Turn Stack On.

And everything will works fine.

btw my movies are like this:

Movie CD1.avi
Movie CD2.avi
Movie CD1.tbn (icon)

*In xbmc, it will only show "Movie" not the CD number. <
