Dont understand why everyone is puting down Crackdown? Game has looked good since i first heard of it. I would buy it regardless of wheather or not its bundled with an already free beta of H3.

ummm, we're cracking down "crackdown" because they are basically trying to boost their sales by seducing all the halo fanboys in buying their game to get Halo 3 earlier than everyone else(wich in my eyes is probably a big scam anyway)
if the game's any good, they wouldn't need to put such BULL in their ads anyway.

Its up to you to be smart enough to see through it. If you were selling something and you had a chance to increase sales then im sure you would do what ever you could. I just dont see what the big deal is. Crackdown is not the only way to get the demo so nobody is being forced to buy it for H3.

from bungies website it seems that this may be for a PRE beta , beta.
They in a round about way say it would be for something that gets you in to a thing before the beta, in helping make the game ready for the open beta.
Sounds even more worth it.

the invitation is on the disk, you have to put it in and it will download the beta when it is availible, there are not codes or papers that come with the game. so my plan is to rent the game for a couple of weeks so i dont have to buy it cuz i personaly dont think it looks that good.
