Scroll down to the bottom of the BOLL interview and you can see the effects of HDR lighting in the demo. Wow, this looks really cool. This is what they meant with the one lighting source!
MC is in there too.

I thought this was a joke at first.
Are you talking about the Flash at the bottom of that page?
If that's close to what it actually may look like (Masterchief aside) then I'd say pretty cool. It's right, too... does weight quite a bit on the CPU, check the Task Manager Graph.

Looks like it ma be something afterall.

meh it was only using about 40% of my CPU... then again I'm on my work machine which is pretty beefy (built for solid modeling)

I know that the wall in the background of that flash was from the centre building on Foundation in Halo 2.

Lol my [email protected] ghz it only took %59 cpu usuage.
