true they said to finish the fight in halo 3, but we have to go back and "start" the fight in halo 0, -1, and -2

Umm did you guys watch the trailer its says 07... So that means not with the ps3 launch mmkay?

Also i wouldnt mind seeing a RTS of Halo on the PC...

Halo 3 most likely won't be released until Nov 2007.

On a side note: I wouldn't even buy Halo 3 if I could play halo 1 on live

LONG ago. Bill Gates said that. Then someone else (Robbie Bach?) said that Bungie will release whenever they are ready. Gates said something along the lines of:
"Imagine it. PS3 launches and Boom! They walk right into Halo 3!"

There is pretty much NO way that Halo 3 will come out anytime around the PS3 launch. No leaked stuff yet, we know nothing about it. Either Bungie quadroupled staff or we will be waiting a bit longer than that.

And as for the 7-7-07 thing, I don't think Bungie would fall for that. Why do that? It's just a date, I would think they would release as soon as it is finished and not hold out for a date. I know the Pearl Harbor Commemorative DVD Box set came out December 6, 2001. Why not release it the next day on the 50 year aniversary of Pearl Harbor? Because dates don't really matter that much.
I would be VERY surprised if that is when it were to come out.
