i personally hope that the movie isnt too gritty... my mom lets me see r rated movies, but not if theyre too violent...like if the movie has the same lvl of gore and language in halo 2, i can go see it(my mom has seen me play halo 2)
Screw that. I hope they make the Halo movie R-rated. I hate when Hollywood watters down movies just to boost sales. Honestly, I think police should prosecute theatres that let underage people see mature films... parental consent or not. I abhor going to theaters to see an R-rated film (Dawn of the Dead perhaps?) and I have to sit next to Johnny Four-Year-Old just because Mommy thought it was a good idea to have her son watch mindless slaughter. However, I am really excited to see that your mom cares enough to filter what you can and can't watch/play. The rest of America should take note of her example. Parenting is a lost art.
Anyway, despite my wishes, I know MS/PJ will make the movie PG13 just to secure sales... despite the games MATURE rating. Oh well...
