Why are you waiting for his call?  He has already invited you over, so give him a call and go over to his place and end this never ending speculation.  Because it's starting to look like BS the more and more it is dragged out (not whether it is halo 3 (we already know it is not), but the fact it was even posted.....your reputation).

So what does it matter? You first said that you friend never lies and is truthfull and also has a demo of halo 3. So if you know he doesn't have halo 3 he obviously he lied but you keep on saying he is "not the one to lie"....

And again instead of reading one post please read entire topic.  Many people have speculated that it could be a case of mistaken idenity or a slip of words.  Please dont lash out at Arjun for a simple topic with a question we are here to help not hate.  With all these people posting words of hate you are simply putting fear in the mind of posters and questions for them that will go unanswered with this hate.  We need to tone it down a bit and realize why we are here in the first place. To help others...

1) You have halo as your sig, but "don't care enough to take time out of your [busy highschool] day" to possibly see a beta copy of halo 3?  You gotta think up a better excuse then that.

2) You should have never posted the subject if you never planned on checking up on it.  That's like dangling a T-bone in front of a dog, then throwing it away.

3) What did you expect people to do when bringing up a possible beta halo 3 disc?

It seems as though you all are expecting so much from a simple question.  In that post he even stated he was skepticle about this whole thing.  In the end he should have known, but it is everyone else who brought this topic down the whole instead of using constructive criticism.  
 I read a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad and it talked about how the poor and middle class always blame the company and want them to change.  When it is so much easier to change yourself.  Instead of saying do this do that turn it into a question as could it be this or how did this happen.

Constructive criticism can only go so far until people get tired of no change.  It was the dragging on of this topic for 2 weeks without a definate yes or no that brought it "down the hole".

I can tell you right now it's a fake

not only is it missing the "Xbox Live" logo but it's also missing the "Only on Xbox 360" logo, both of which it would have if it were real.

who ever made the fake ripped the borders off of a game that was neither Live compatable, nor an exclusive...
it probably came from:
King Kong, NFSMW, etc. or any number of fake place holder images that stores make.
