No, that is what the version of Halo 2 that comes with the xbox360 is going to be, the remasterd Halo 2 with the content they weren't able to add, Halo 3 will be a whole different game with whole new gameplay.

you might be thinking "shouldn't it be for nintendo?" But rare belongs to xbox now. Xbox is going to get 50% of what was great on the n64, from the original goldeneye and perfect dark, to the greatness of conker and banjo-kazooie. Even Donkey cong, if nintendo alotts.

All in all, no character in gaming will be forever. Our kids (for us who are teens) will look at halo and be like'that gme looks so crappy' etc etc, but when we played it first, it was a godsend. Get what I'm saying?

Do play a new mario party game, tell me if it's anything compared to mario party 2 and 3 on n64.

I didn't mean whole differen't game as in it will be completely differen't than Halo 2 I mean it as in it won't be Halo 2 it will have it's own piece of the story and such. They are sure to tweak the gameplay, release the exact same gameplay would be suicide seeing as most people hated how multiplayer worked with it how it is. I hope it dies after #3 it was a good run but I can deffinetely see PD:0 or another game taking it's place. I compare Halo to starwars it was a GREAT series, and it had a huge fanbase but it's over now and it needs to die down and make room for some equally great movies/games, making another would only make it go down hill, end it on a good note before it starts to suck.

With games like Prey, Huxley, and Gears of War coming out and even quake and unreal tournament coming to the consoles, I think every FPS fan will find another love.

I think it will come out eventually if Rare has the rights to it, I'm not sure if nintendo holds the rights or not, but if rare does in fact own them I think M$ will push them into making a sequel because it would be a big seller. So if they do own it I think it's safe to say we will eventually see a jet force gemini 2.
