hello greetings

i noticed while playing on Long Road Home: Close to Home level that the background distant buildings textures arent loading at all??

ive had my 360 for about 6 months and never noticed this before, also ive noticed slight screen tearing

are there just not any textures on the background buildings in the distance? (accross the water and behind the more townhouse looking buildings)

please inform me, im thinking of bringing my 360 back and getting a new one or exchanging my Gears disk
