Took me a quite a few times to get this bastard!!!  

Couple of things I noticed.  On the very first wall, if you crouch all the way over to the left and right ends, Raam can shoot all he wants but nothing hits you.  Even if he is right up at the wall.  You can get in 2 to 3 clips of blind fire before he starts coming around the wall.  You can then either run to the far end or you can try to get back on one of the same wall and clip him some more.
