Automatically Startup Divx/avi Files ?

Thats would be great if this bug will be fixed. Also my sec question, i tried to find the latest FULL cbs package from sourgefourge. There are none.. only single files ? maybe i can compile the thing self so i do not have to wait before it reaches retail. (i have all the nec. files) but not the full cvs package to compile ?

I could barely understand your Engrish, but doesn't xbins have CVS builds compiled on it?  <

IS it possible that when xbmp or xbmc is started, it immediatally loads and plays the supported format (avi/mpeg etc) found on a cd in de dvd player ?

Now you have to do many clicks to do this, it would be great that when using this dashboard it auto launces when it finds the inserted CD

xbmc already supports this
Enable autoload options in settings->general

I just tried it !! it works... well somewhat than.. cause it takes some time (about 40 secs) to recoqnize a disc when inserted. (divx)

It also does not do anything when i insert a svcd disk. Tried with different moviez, just no luck, it does nothing.

When i manually goto video's, dvd, go into the mpeg2 dir and select the mpeg, it is played...only then

I hope this will be fixed soon and someinfo in the dash that show information when it finds something in the drive together with a id like:

- Insert Disc
- On the dash it says: Found disc.... scanning
- Found.. divx3 file starting....

or something like this... what happens if i have 2 avi's on a disk, will i see something popsup to select which avi to start ?? if it finds more that one on a new inserted disc ??

But... the svcd thing bugs me...

Will look @ the autorun again cause i hear more ppl have problems with it

autorun will now start the 1st file it find, so no popups which allow you to select a movie
but maybe thats a good idea for the future!
