Thanks for the pics.
This game and many other, for me, I feel have progressed beyond pics. I persoanlly think they can make great games look bad and bad games look good.
Gameplay footage, on the other hand, is something totally different. That's when you really see how a game looks, graphically and get a hint of what the game may play like.

those are stills taken from old trailers, old being TGS and X05 from last year.

the zombies being tied up is from the cut scene where they walk thru the forest at night during the rain and they enter the building.

I wouldnt go that far, I think those old pics look good. Anything Gears related looks good IMO. I dont trust pics anymore though, they are hit or miss lately.

In oblivions case they made the game look better, well the beginning dungeon stage anyhow, it looked HORRIBLE when i fired it up(not talking about dynamic shadows either)

I am fully expecting disapointment with GOW in the graphical department, i really dislike the way all 360 games have a weird blurry soft look to them as well....oh well.

That's called AA, and i too wish there was an option to turn it off.
