hey few question if someone onwz this version of fifa ntsc-j

thinking of ordering the japanese version of FIFA RTWC fo online play only , dont care if it has japanese txt as i can navigate to an through xbox live easy

just wondering does it have the english audio commantary or is it some japanese dude ?
