Doa 4 Arcade Stick

Does anyone have any pics showing how big the stick is to the 360?  I've heard that its close to the size of the 360.  Also what's your opinion on the stick?

It's a stick, and it's attached to a board......yes, very ingenious.

I have not tested it out, but a good arcade stick has always been better then a controller for fighting games......and anything is better then the fubared 360 d-pad.....damn non-registering, clicking pos.

Pics: Above | Perspective

As far as how it plays, I absolutely can't stand DoA4, so I may not be the best judge. But it does feel easier to pull off some moves on the stick versus the game pad.

Caveats: All 8 points on the joystick make a clicking sound. Plus, the buttons are convex (|     rather than concave )|

Neither of those bother me, just letting you know about them.

All in all, it makes DoA4 go from crap-game-that-makes-me-want-to-murder-its-creator-in-cold-blood  grr.gif  grr.gif  grr.gif to a cheap-ass fighting game. grr.gif

Now, when SF2 comes out...  biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif

Hmmm....
I wonder if you can swap out the bubble gum style stick with a bat style stick....

I can tell you that the handle just spins, it never gets tighter.

I'm sure there's a way to get it off without damaging it, but it isn't by unscrewing.

its the best stick i have used! i have the Tekken 5 stick, the Dreamcast stick & a X-Arcade stick. out off all my other sticks it feels most like the Dreamcast one and i can do Hayate's Raijin move each time i try, i never managed it with the normal pad. its well worth the money because you can use it for emulators on your pc too
