Thine eyes have seen the coming of Itagakis work...I just wish they were bigger pics

This pic shows some detail. And its the first pic that shows Iagaki is actually using some hardware power in that beast of a machine. I'll post the others as well...

Shading is improved, leaves/foliage looks great. Shadows on the tree to the left, up in the branches...mmmmm

I'm not too impressed by these shots but only because this is the quality I expect DOA4 to be since Itagaki has proved time and time again that he is nothing short of amazing.

Game looks awsome, I'll most likely buy it since I'm a big fan of DOA.

all the fighters from the previous games will be playable. gen fu will be in the game just not in the story mode.

Isn't this just another case of Halo 2 pre-release screens? Meaning, they are showing the highest res possible now, but (unless we have HD TV's etc) we won't actually see it like that?

Does look better than I thought though. I would still like to see actual texture on the character skin, regardless of 'the look' the devs go for in this game. They look out of place on some of the high detailed environments.
