Most of the people I have seen hate the game for "not having groundbreaking gameplay"  What the fuck does that mean?  It's a FPS shooter.  What more can you do with that style of game?

How about a more interactive world...........

So I'm not the onnly one getting horizontal tearing?  My PC game knowledge tells me this is caused by the TV and vidoe card going out of sync, often due to the video card pumping out a higher framerate than the TV can refresh.  So does this mean they disabled V-Sync?  Is the framerate situation that bad (I have noticed severe issues with the framerate at HD resolutions) that they have to disable V_Sync to grab a few extra frames?

Anyways, I think Perfect Dark Zero is a great game.  It's a solid, fun, FPS.  But, I find myself thoroughly disappointed.  As someone who still plays the original still, it just doesn't feel to be as the same caliber as the first one...

The original was godly. Nothing has yet beat it in my opinion. Halo came close but did not surpass it.

Amen.  I would've liked a PD1 remake with updated graphics and controls and total realism...

As if PD wasn't real enough! You can shoot guns out of peoples hands, and you can shoot it in the air and keep it there if you are in slow motion (or very quick).

All players (ex mians and skedar) had digital scans of people's faces. Even Shigsy was in there.

You had real dizyiness with time delays and blury screen, you could even smash objects and enviroment up.

Brilliant!

Not to mention, better than Havoc physics on chairs and tables and shit. biggrin.gif

There is a full Source modification underway, although I do not know the current status of it.

Oh another thing, maybe one of you can help me... what the hell do I do after planting the trackers on the oblesiks on the first level where you go to that desert planet? How do I break through the cracked wall?

Whoa, cheers. It would be so great if PD was released for the pc with these mods.
