Can't Connect To A Ranked Game

Anyone else TIMING OUT when trying to connect to a RANKED game?
I've NEVER gotten a game to start.

Other games are fine, but anything ranked... tongue.gif

i connect to about 1/5... same for every type of live match though...

*those i connect to though are flawless, no lag whatsoever...
