I think "Rampart" is the game you're thinking of (PvP castle assault/defense) but I don't think it's ever made it to XBLA.

Hi, thank you for your answer, but I'm thinking of something with a more "side view", if you know what I mean. 2D from the side, not above, like the game you said..
