2010 is a great year all around so far, especially for video gamers.
The story is no different for the upcoming 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa (that was a mouthful) game, developed by EA Sports as usual.
I'm not the biggest soccer aficionado, however I have to say, I had a lot of fun playing this demo.
The graphics could be a little better and the controls felt delayed -like the players were running on a very thin sheet of ice- but even those cons aside, the experience of the gameplay was still very fun.
Then again, this was just the demo, so it's too early to judge, as these minor things may be ironed out a little bit more by the actual release of the game.
If you're a fan of soccer games, you'll definitely want to
at least rent this title, if not pick it up, as it seems like it will be very fun to play after release, and thereafter to be the perfect "time-killing" game.
The game releases April 27th for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii, and PSP.
