What's the easiest/best software to switch between PAL and NTSC in the Xbox EEPROM ?

I'm currently using the old "Enigham Video Switcher" which works fine, but it requires a controller to be used (not remote compatible).

Is there another tiny tool which can make switching video modes easier ? <

should be avaliable on sourceforge somewhere if not u can always find it and decomplie it with XDK <
