Dvdx 2 And Wireless Controller ?!
« on: October 17, 2004, 08:06:00 PM »

DVDx is working perfectly with a standard xbox controller.

But when i try to use the Madcatz Wireless Controller...some buttons don't respond.

Like the following;

i put dvd in tray
menu appears
a button don't work to start movie.

alternate menu don't seem to work too.

Does anyone has a suggestion ?

or any other good software to play dvd with menu support ?
(xbmc is top except doesn't have menu support...too bad)

Thanks.  <

My xbox remote control does not work either with DVDx2. I thought that the DVDx2 remote is not implemented because the dongle is what gives the region # to the DVD playing. Maybe the DVDx2 programmers can implement this and also HDD playing . :rolleyes:   <

my joytech wireless works fine. it must be another problem

dvdx2 is designed to be used with the controller. if you want to use the remote i think that dvdx1 is needed.  <

the madcatz wireless controller is functionning correctly anywhere else.

just in dvdx2 where it doesn't act like a normal controller.

like i said, the play button (A) for example, don't work.

thanks.
