Playin 360 Games Before Released.

Is there a safe way of playin Xbox 360 games before their released? I don't want to risk gettin banned from Xbox live but I have heard various claims that its safe if you use a different Profile. Can anyone confirm this?

from what I know its safe , but originals not downloaded backups because they may be different from release version.

It's never safe to play backed up games online. There is always a chance you could get banned.
