Quake 4 Problem

Hello. I have a scratch free original copy of quake 4.

My problem is everytime I exit the Nexus Hub Tunnel and the loading screen comes up it locks up. I have tried installing to the hard drive and it still does it. Like I said the disc is also scratch free. I also have the latest revision installed on my xbox.

This is the only game I am having trouble with. Its not a heat issue with my xbox as I have played numerous high end games for hours upon hours. I have tried loading it after letting my xbox sit for 12 hours of no use.

Any suggestions here?
