can anyone help me out here.  for some reason my dvd2xbox wont work anymore.  it was working yesterday.  today i swapped hdd's and now it wont work.  i had pre-edited the .xml before loading, so the config is all the same.  it when i hit 'start' it dumps right out and ejects disc.  when i do a rip to SMB, its fine.  i tried swapping in my old hdd and it gives me the same problem.  has anyone seen anything like this, or know where i can find the answer.  i have searched all the forums that i can think of, but to no avail.  thanks   <

try loading the dvd2xbox program first and then put your game/dvd in and it should giv'er! B)   <
