gamefaqs.com would be a good start...j/k LOL

I don't own the game yet so I couldn't tell ya!  I was popping in here to check to see if anyone has played both versions of the game (ps3,360) and if they could tell any difference.  And if playing as yoda or vader is more fun. my heart says vader but my mind says yoda.

I haven't played as Vader but I heard he's one of the bigger slower type of players.  Yoda is definately fast & hoppy.  Also it's almost a given that Vader will be unlockable through DLC eventually.  There's even a space left for him on the character selection screen of the 360 version.

I actually have a friend who is pretty trustworthy who fought Vader on XBL, he said the guy said he beat everything there was to beat on the game. Who knows.

I wrote a complete SCIV achievement guide here:
http://www.achieve360points.com/forums/sho...ead.php?t=90447

From the guide:
QUOTE
A critical finish is a special move that will instantly kill your opponent. There seems to be a lot of confusion as to how it works so I'm going to explain it as simply as I can.

-your opponent has a "soul gauge" which is the orb at the end of their health bar
-to deplete the soul gauge you must attack them while they are guarding (certain attacks do more damage to the soul gauge than others)
-once the soul gauge has been completely depleted the orb will be red and the border around the health bar will also be red.

This is your opportunity to do a "Soul Crush"
-A soul crush is a move that causes your opponent to stumble backwards and be stunned momentarily while their soul gauge is empty.
-to perform a soul crush you must wait for their soul gauge to be depleted and perform a powerful attack or a "guard break" while the opponent is guarding (guard breaks are denoted by a "GB" in the moves list)
-you will know you have done a soul crush when you hear something that sounds like armor breaking (this is misleading as their armor doesn't necessarily break), you will see lightning around the opponent, as they stumble backward, and the soul gauge will flash red

To perform a "Critical Finish" you must hit LB on the controller (or A+B+X+Y) immediately after performing a soul crush. If you timed it right and hit the button(s) while the opponent is stumbling backward you will see a cut scene of you killing your opponent with a Critical Finish.

---
The easiest way to perform a critical finish is to use Yun-Seong. Hold Forward and tap Y repeatedly. He will keep doing vertical slashes and computer opponents will continually guard this attack depleting their soul gauge. this move will also perform a soul crush once their gauge has been depleted so just keep hammering on them with this move and get prepared to hit "LB" on the controller once you finally perform a soul crush.

Level 11 on the Tower of Lost Souls is a good place to perform Critical Finish if you are having trouble executing them in other game modes. Or play against a friend online.
