I have an older version of dvd2xbox and was wondering how I would go about updating it to the newer one. Please help!!! <

well i would just do what you did last time you put dvd2xbox but delete the old version first
are you doing it by ftp?
what dash are you using? <

I got the xbox modded from a friend then he moved away... It v. 0.5.3. I have the compiled new version 0.5.9 but don't know what to do with it. I can Ftp, but is replacing the files sufficient, or just erase the old and put on the new one? PLZ HELP. Also is there any thing else i have to do.. <

no just delete and add the new files in.
you may have to update your dashboards .ini or .cgf file you may not <

I am in a similar situation and need to update my DVD2xbox software...

I need to either compile the software (which I don't know how to do), or find a link where I can download the compiled software.

Any help would be appreciated! <
