MGS2 Substance came out for the xbox first, but it runs like shit, it has lower framerate, and the control sucks on the xbox version, then it came out for the PS2, MGS3 wasnt released on the xbox nor Subsistence. MGS4 is not likely that will appear on 360 coz it will surely will need a lot of GB, i'd dare to say no less than 30gigabytes

I played through MGS2 on xbox, no chugging, no glithces, crashes or anything, so i dont know what you were playing. Yeah the controls sucked, but they suck in every MGS game, that's no secret.

MGS3 was the only one that wasnt released on another console, MGS1 was remade for the gamecube.

I would imagine the main reason MGS3 never went multi-platform was because it was bollocks and nobody would buy it, of course the official story is something else, but at the end of the day, snake is not a monkey.

On your issue of storage, if it needs more space, use multiple discs, as said previously, most of us would much prefer one with multiple discs, looks better in your collection , also if your too lazy to get off your ass once every 20 hours then you really need to explore the world outside your bedroom.

quick enough saying the ps3 wont ever get games like halo, bio shock and gears of bore. then when the 360 gets denied one of the biggest games ever you pretend u dont care.
substance on the xbox 1 was horrible compared to mgs 2/substance on the ps2.
the metal gear seiries are THE best games ever created MGS4 iss gouing to be amazing

The other members of this thread all made it clear that they themselves didn't like MGS and they all provided reasons for their assertions such as "has a lower framerate" or "the controls suck". Not to mention MGS is the topic here. You took it upon yourself to start bringing up games that no one else had mentioned and go offtopic simply to jab at what you assume are games enjoyed by those in this thread that do not share your opinion.

seems like your the only guy im "antagonizing" here, saying that i think mgs is the best game series ever made is not an insult to anyone in anyway shape or form, neither is that gears of war is crap along with halo. if somebody gets offended by me saying their favorite game is rubbish then the less said about that the better.
i wasn't assuming that people enjoy those games but you cant deny urself that those are possibly the first 3 games that spring to mind when xbox is mentioned.
just because i didn't post a link that doesn't make it baseless, a quick search on any game review site will bring up those reviews.
the ps3 forum is full of comments like "who needs haze, we have halo" im just saying who needs halo we have mgs 4. yet thats offensive?

I am sorry there won't be a 360 version of MGS because I don't see myself buying a PS3 anytime soon and it's one less option for me now...

But I am not THAT sorry as I am not sure I was happy with where MGS was going anyway... I LOVED MGS on the PSX but nothing much since...

It might be great, it might sell me on a PS3 if it's awesome... but my personal feeling is that there are plenty of great games on both systems so missing one is just some spilled milk not worth crying a lot over.

I will buy MGS4. It looks like the sort of game I might like. I can not however pass comment on it as I have not played it long term yet.
 I don't see MGS not being on the 360 as a detriment really. There are enough good titles for it not to be an issue. I already think there are also good titles on the PS3 this should be another one.
 Anyone who is really desperate for it will play on their mates PS3 or access it somehow to play it.
