Well, I have come to make the choice of picking Oblivion or Knights of the Old Republic. -- I know I am try to chose between an Xbox and Xbox 360 game but I can't decide what one to get.
From what I've heard, Knights of the Old Republic is a Clasic with hours of amazing gameplay, and when your finished with the first you can get the second for a low price. - I played probably 3/8th of the way through the game on the computer, but I lost the disk and could never find it again.
From what I've heard about Oblivion, it is extremely beautiful and will capture your imagination. It also has a lot of content you can download, but with a price. - I have also played this title; Finishing the Assassin Missions and 3/4ths of the Thief Missions. - I gave up playing it on my computer after the Video Card died for the second time.
I enjoy the Star Wars Universe, and think the aspect of the whole theme is absolutely amazing. - I kinda get annoyed if there isn't an option to "Fast Travel". (Although I did only play a little bit of the game, from what I saw there wasn't.)
From what I played of Oblivion (Mainly the Assassin missions, I thought it was the most AMAZING think I have ever played in a game and it made me so sad when they we're all finished.) it was pretty good, but I get kinda frustrated and bored when there isn't a clear "Main Goal or if the Main Goal is completed".
Questions about KotOR :
Is there anything to do after you have finished the game?
Does it have an okay ending? (Jericho for the Xbox360 had a horrible ending!)
Is the Main Goal pretty clear and overall interesting?
Questions about Oblivion :
Will they continue to add Bonus Downloadable content? (E.g Expansion Packs.)
Can you ever finish the game?
Is the main Goal Interesting enough to attempt to complete, and what is there to do after it has been completed?

Thanks for reading all of that, if you could please try and answer all the questions and if you have other interesting inputs about either of the games let me know. Very sorry about the bad grammar, I have been up for almost 53 hours.
