Just wondering if anyone else sorta noticed that besides the numerous companies jumping on the Halo 3 bandwagon (Mountain Dew, Game Crazy, ect...), there isn't much anticipation building being done by Bungie or MS. Sure, they have a couple gameplay trailers and some documentaries, but where are the new teaser trailers and bits of weird messages ect. like they had for Halo 2? Maybe they dont want it to get over hyped?

Anyway, I can't wait for it any longer lol

So, share your thoughts as we await its official release.

**I wanted to make a note that this topic was not created to bash the game or anything, Im just curious about what I stated above.

ive felt bombarded personally with hype.

all over XS news, all over pop bottles, all over every time i sign into xbox live, even at school they are hyping it with a release night party..

yea lol like I said though I meant hype besides all those coke bottles and such...to me that kind of hype building feels cheap really, but something like the old www.ilovebees.com sure got me thinking.

and sorry i completely forgot about Iris...i sorta stopped following it over the summer, but i am going to read it all now lol

What halo are you referring to? Actually, I doubt you could beat any of the Halo's on legendary in 3 hours (save for those crazy speed runs that people do!)

apparently you've neglected to visit Xbox.com or Halo3.com or log on to xbox live in the last 2 months... or turned on the TV to see advertisements for halo 3 or advertisements for the the halo 3 launch party taking place on spike TV for pretty much all of today up until the launch.

Have you seriously not seen any of the Bungie or MS generated hype?
