I don't think it's that silly...  the question what what game you WISHED was on your console. If someone wishes Mario was on the 360, yes it's unrealistic but at least it's an HONEST answer.

I'm sure you're right, Jack Tretton wouldn't give an answer like Halo, he'd probably sidestep the question and give a canned useless and BS response like "we're proud of our own first party titles and support from our 3rd party partners... blah blah blah"

it's an honest question because it's basically asking the MS execs which genres they wish they had bigger blockbusters in... obviously they KNOW they're weak in the JRPG and Platformer genres from the FF and Mario answers.

Answers like this are why so many people trust and respect many of the MS execs working with Xbox because they give straight, honest answers even if they are "silly", impossible, or exemplify their own weaknesses. The LACK of answers like this are why so many people call BS on nearly everything the Sony execs say.

I'm not saying MS doesn't give BS answers to straight questions too, but it's usually only when dealing with sensitive issues, Sony seems to do it 100% of the time, even when asked simple, inconsequential questions.

I would not consider THAT to be a real Final Fantasy game.

That is a subscription based game. It is also on Windows.

FFVII & VIII were released on windows as well. Not sure about the others, but I don't see why they wouldn't have gotten the same. Would be nice to see a "because there's a windows version" situation occur, but don't know how likely that may be. I'd probably buy FF's IV, V, & VI again if they put them on marketplace. I'd also gladly buy a FFVII and/or FFVIII remake, and probably a port (since I don't feel like dusting off my PSX)...wait, what happened to the bleem! guys? Maybe NOW they could emulate my fav PSX games without too much trouble...
