Are There Any Full Hi-def Games For The 360?

I thought I had heard that Splinter Cell Double Agent Did support 1080i/p natively but I'm not entirely sure.

it's hard to tell unless you can get framebuffer dump and check the resolution there.

Virtua Tennis 3 and NBA Street Homecourt are both 1080i/p natively though

you wont ever see an official MS game support 1080p this generation though... IIRC when MS added support they went on record stating that all of the official MS games would be 720p only.

The reason behind it is at 720p there's a lot more graphical horsepower for other things like partical effects, better textures, higher frame rates, more detailed 3d models etc. Most 1080p games while higher resolution, don't look as good as their 720p competitors.

In short with the horsepower this generation offers 1080p just gives you a more detailed look at worse graphics.
