Nope, it's a dash update.  After searching around it appears that any game that came out after Feb. 20th 2007 has the 4552 update.  So far I have found these games that contain the update (feel free to add to my list):

Tetris Evolution
Def Jam Icon
Rayman - Raving Rabbids
Crackdown
Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2
NBA Street
TMNT
