I just want to get an idea of how many people would be interested in this game coming out on XBOX 360. Thought maybe a thread like this might generate some attention.

your damn right this is off topic! the #1 reason this thread is stupid is cause OF COURSE there are PLENTY of people that would be interested in this, including me. that being said, just cause you want it to happen doesnt mean it will... the closest thing you'll see is the E3 techdemo of the intro video being live rendered on the PS3... frankly, id rather play it on the PS3, just seems "right" as VII was on the PSX... if you want to play it that bad, bust out the PSX!!! hell me and a buddy of mine did that a few months ago (he never beat the game) so we continued it about 3 years after the last time he played it, then played it for like 4 hours straight, truly an amazing game... look what ya did! ive gone on and rambled!

i would be more interested in 7,8 and 9 originals being ported to the 360 all on 1 disc.

i just want to play them, which is impossible to do on the playsation through an HD lcd, and that makes me sad.

moving to games general...

Every time a new console comes out there is a big conspiracy theory that FFVII will be re-released with better graphic.. and it is never going to happen.

HOWEVER, if you've been paying attention you'd know that FFXIII is essentially the sequel to FFVII it pickups where that one left off and is based in the same world and Squenix plans to milk it for a decade.

so FFVII fans can rejoice in that respect.

its weird, ive never been into VII, number 8 tho, il defend that to the grave, the best game ive ever EVER played and will play, it totally wipes its ass with gears of war which is my number 2 game lol!

hopefully some homebrewin emulator will come around some time tho, that would be the bees

I'd like to see it on the Xbox... but the ps3 doesnt even have it remade yet so we'll just have to wait and see whether square enix decides to take the time to actually remake everything... plus remake it for both consoles
