Bungie stated that the maps were tied to the xbox that they were downloaded on.  I don't think you can transfer them to another hard drive on another xbox (plus wouldn't that be a 2 for 1 deal, where you get one set for free???? dry.gif ).

Actually, you can take the .map files, and use CDX Menu to sign them to an original xbox console, or try to figure out how to get them signed to your xbox using Mimesis 360

I have the same situation, one 360 for Live, one with a blaster 360 and Xtreme 5.2, flashed my orig firm back and tryed to buy the maps legitly for another xbox, but you can only buy them once for ONE gamertag, I'm not too pissed, I don't need to go into detail and really take the time to get them off my 360 hdd and hook it up to my computer, waist of time, but just get them off your 360 hdd, and there're plenty of programs out there to help you sign them for another box. You might have to hexedit it actually but, just like when the 9 new maps came out, you couldn't sign them with the original signing software for the maps on the disc, about 99% sure it's the same situation for these two. I see what you're trying to do as a waste of time, but hey... more power to ya.

Well, here's my side of the story:

1. Premium Content on my original Xbox is blocked
2. Now that I have a 360, I can only change account settings on the 360, which have no relation to the settings on my original Xbox
3. Even if I try getting it fixed, I can't fix settings on my original Xbox
4. I don't mod, so trying to fix it via modding is out of the question
5. I have heard from some people that downloading the new maps on the 360 is a difficult thing to do AKA people have problems DL'ing the new maps
