Xbox 360 Laser Scratched My Games, What Do I Do?

call MS about gears of war
Call 2K about oblivion
can Call Capcom about lost planet

MS will only replace MS brand games (they charge you a disc replacement fee too)

your mileage with 2K and Capcom may vary.

None of them are required to do anything for you as no matter the situation it's considered your fault.

If your console is still under warranty then you should have MS replace it less it scratches some other discs.

And for future reference, when the 360 scratches a disk, dont put another one in  blink.gif

i didn't think it was the laser untill lost planet, i didn't notice oblivion untill a few weeks after (I think) and gears of war just happened on my old xbox (3 flashing red lights, got it replaced)
