I'm going with PGR3. Cat and Mouse are tons of fun. Just don't bump anyone during an actual race, you'll get negative feedback instantly.

Gears takes the shooter and graphics awards for sure.
Oblivion takes the most immersive, longest playing game hands down.
Crack down is so far the most addicting. I think its the ability to jump fro building to building without using webs, or wearing red spandex.

From what I see it looks like the Online portion was the afterthought, the sheer number of common sense features missing from the online experience, most of that game development was put on graphics and control mechanics, the actual online portion was just a handful of maps and some bare bone lobby options

I gotta put my opinion in here. For sheer time spent playing a game, then Oblivion has my vote. I have over 200 hours playing that game (I'm sure that is little compared to some). I can pretty much play that game anytime and have something to do. I havn't even finished the main quest yet!
If you were asking me for the best game for fun factor, then I would say Gears of War. I played through like 5 times (twice on insane). The graphics and gameplay are just amazing.
My latest fav would be Crackdown, I mean being superhuman is just plain awesome. And I pretty much like all games that you can level-up stats.
And finally, MLB:2k7 has the coolest graphics for a sports game. The gameplay is pretty standard, but just watching is fun. It looks like a REAL game in HD.
Lost Planet, Tony Hawk P8, Dead Rising, and COD3 would be my honorable mentions.

BTW, this list will be getting HUGE this year with all the sweet games planning on releasing.

I agree with Twisted, we must be some of the very few that feel the online wasn't handled correctly. I mean for Pete's sake people, how can you say that sitting in a room for 20 minutes trying to fill it with 6 random people is an exciting gaming experience! once you get the game going, all you hear is "You stole my kill!"

MY favs are COD3 and FN3...gears of war was good but way too short and only 4 vs 4 for online play! beat it in one night and played online a few times then sold it on ebay!

COD2 was my fav till COD3..i also like BF2 but the graphics are not that great.

In all honesty... I've played TW06 and TW07 far more than any other games on the 360. I've probably played more hours of TW07 than all the other 360 games I've played combined. It doesn't necessarily make it the best game, just the one I've found most enjoyable. Gears of War is a beautifully artistic game with fresh gameplay, but I wouldn't call it the best. I think that title should go to Oblivion.
