well, when you word it that way....

I personally think they will be fine, as microsoft has YET to take action against any firmware. At least for now, if this was halo, it might be a different story.

I would definatley advise against playing the games early regardless of whether or not you plan to buy it. Now, if you got some idiot (or super awesome guy depending on how you look at it) to break street date, which ALOT of retailers have done for crackdown, then play away!

sorry to respond poorly at first, there is just alot of dumb pirate kiddies always asking crap like this.... not the place, if there even is one...

From what I remember most people who had acquired the leaked version of halo 2 played it offline on modded boxes.. don't remember people playing it on live... but i never had the leaked so when i got it, I was on my stock box on live... so I couldn't tell ya... things are different now on the 360 though
