From what I know it works on PAL. Has no effect on Live.

I've got NTSC versions of GRAW,Splinter Cell DA and Rainbow six vegas and have had no problems with them (well except Rainbow six freazing every now and again because of bad coding by ubi but this hopefully will be patched and has nothing to do with it being ntsc)
