I compare games several times a day and I've never seen anyone with points "from ea directly"

I've played several EA brand games and earned points that way

I guess "EA SPORTS FN 3 " is points earned in EA Sports Fight Night Round 3, it's a boxing game. I don't own that game myself but as I know it exist, that is the only explanation that I can think of.

i thought it was but when i checked that out it also had points earned from the burger king game

There is a Burger King achievement in that game... there's a boxing match "sponsored by" burger king

some of the EA sports brand games are named "EA Sports Presents:...." they're just regular games like everything else nothing special there.

I've played through Fight Night... about 6 hours of gameplay and you can earn the full 1000points.
