its sad that this "fad" hasnt died yet.  how come every time microsoft is awarded anything, they won because of a pay off?  its so old its not even amusing anymore, just annoying.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

You guys are pathetic.

This is a personal view of a columnist who happens to be among the few fans of Xbox in Japan.

Stop whining like little babies.

There are lots of games that were amazing and still sold poorly...

Just because Madden tops the charts doesn't mean it's the best game ever made.... just popular.

what does an install base have to do with a system having good games?  a console can have the install base of an omish village but still have the greatest games on earth.

Naw they have to lead by example. They have to show Jap devs that the console is capable of bringing good business for them. If Blue Dragon does well, if lost odyssey then more rpg devs will come.

Installed base has nothing to do with this article, it was a writers opinion to his favorite games of the year not top sellers necessarily. afaik.

@KAGE360 exactly look at zelda series can you say Twilight Princess but for sure the Wii installed base will be much higher this go round then the GC.
