I tried to like MGS2 for the xbox but could not; give me splinter cell (Team Montreal) anyday, so MGS4 doesn't spark my interest much at all.

while i can honestly care less, and fear this would do more damage to the 360 then good, i'll believe it when i see it.

even IF the game comes out, that crack-smokin kojima better spend more time optimizing the 360 version then what he did on the xbox version.

MGS has been one of my favorite series of games. The gameplay has always been "Solid" hehe, and usually the story is interesting. I am psyched that this might be coming to the 360 because I am not going to buy a ps3. I just hope that games like Fable 2 and Halo 3 wont go the other way.

I played through MGS2 on the XBox and thought it was a fantastic game. I am glad to see MGS will be coming to the 360.

not a worry. both fable2 and halo 3 are 1st party titles, while MGS is a 3rd party title. totally different.

I really don't see it coming to the 360. If it does I don't think they'll spend much time optomising. Did anyone see one of the trailers that specifically made a point about winning the console war? It went something like 'the cell processor will win the console war'.

The way I see it MGS4 is the way to do it. It seems a mistake to let it go to the 360 if this is their strat.

I'd love to see it come out just to shut up those sony fan boys... Don't own a PS3 (might not get one after playing a friend's) but I've owned every console I can get my hands on... I just happen to own more xboxes than the others...

your talking about the original TGS trailer, which the game looks nothing like now.

it isnt their strategy to just drop the ps3 version and bring it to the 360, but to put it on the ps3 AND the 360.

if you really think that MGS4 is the way to show what the Cell processor can do and how it will win the war then that is sad.
