Live Arcade Disk

I was wondering around the mall today and ran into a copy of the Live arcade disk for 9.99 the wrapper had been open but it was still sealed. I wanted to know if I could copy games to harddrive before I opened it since it wouldn't be worth it for me to put the disk in every time I wanted to play Bejeweled... LOL. P.S. is it true that there are still some demo's on here and not full version for all games?

You have to play off the disc.

Contains the following full games:

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved
Wik: Fable of Souls
Bejeweled® 2  
Outpost Kaloki X
Hardwood Backgammon  
Texas Hold 'Em  


And 3 demos:

Uno, Marble Blast ultra, Feeding Frenzy

You also get 1 month free on Live.
