I hate to burst your bubble (no I don't what am I saying) but the madden curse only applies to who is on the cover of madden that year. Which is shawn alexander, rb for the seattle seahawks. Now shawn was injured earlier this year, and was out for many games, so perhaps that counts.

Mcnabb was on Madden 06 (not this years 07) and played through pain all year,

So in conclusion, long live the madden curse, even though it had nothing to do with mcnabb going down this year.

whoever said it had to be within that year XD (((i forgot alexander was on it))) but still mcnabb was thru all kinds of shit last year with owens and alexander season has been horrible this year so LONG LIVe!!

It may be a curse, but there are very few who play in the NFL and don't get a serious injury at some time. I would have fits if they put Carson on the cover however.

They definetly need to put Brady on the cover, since he pulls the wagon that all of the so-called Patriots fans ride on.
