This first happened a while back with the battlefield modern combat demo, in which I'll shoot a gun and it just keeps firing without pulling the trigger. Then the same happened about a month later when I played the GRAW demo and now it's doing the same with the superman demo. Has anyone else had this problem? It seems that it only does it with EA demos because I havent had problems with other games.

Have you tried other controllers?

I have actually, first with my wireless controller and I figured "Well, maybe it's not transfering properly. . ." but it's the same story with the wired one too.

GRAW is UbiSoft, not EA so its not only with EA games lol

I'm having this problem again, this time with the small arms trial. Was thinking about getting it but I'll just stick with gears of war for right now lol

I have this happen to me a lot on GOW. My guns will just keep shooting until i switch guns. Really sux when you were going in for a kill lol

Does it happen on anything else? My GoW doesnt do it. . . sometimes I get a "could not read disk" error on Gow and Oblivion also. I hope my xbox isnt dying

Sorry to bump an old topic but I'm still having this prob. . . wondering if anyone else has had any problem with their controllers like me. I got marvel ultimate aliance not too long ago and it seesm to be doing on it also. I read a few topics on the official xbox forum about people taking the controller apart and cleaning them or fixing a spring and such.

Does it only do it when your connected to live?

When ever i have issues with 360's it's usually a crap connection to live, i don't even have to be playing multiplayer just connected.

Nah man, it happens offline. . . now when I play armored core it sometimes just switches my weapons randomly.
