« on: October 25, 2006, 11:24:00 AM »

Hi all, my son who is 3 years old, loves playing on the xbox 360 (who wouldn't), he is currently into lego star wars and marble blast ultra!

just wondering which are good kid friendly games, that are pick up and play and easy for a kid!

any suggestions would be great  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pop.gif)

I'm thinking alot of the XBLA games are prolly good choices and they won't cost you alot of money for a good variety... cause you know how kid's attention spans are..

What was I talking about again??  huh.gif  wink.gif

You could also get the old Lego Star Wars for the original Xbox.  It is backwards compatible.  My 4 year old loves those games.

Smart ass.  That game is rated M for a reason.  Funny game, but definately not for a 3 year old.

I think you have to look at more than just content, at 3 years of age, you don't want to frustrate him with something too complicated for him tongue.gif

I say that because I was about to say, "Umm well there is Kameo".
It's rated T (I think), and it's sort of kiddish but it might be too complicated for a 3 year old.

Hell, how about DOA4. Pretty soon, DOAX2 will be coming out.
The little guy can just smash buttons all day and have fun doing it hahaha laugh.gif
That's just me though, I wouldn't mind my son looking at sexy gals in bikini.
Now if he was checking out hunks in boxers then I'd be pissed! grr.gif

Again it's just me....
In fact my son was playing DOAX when he was 3 years old....

Right now there just aren't many games on this console for anyone that isn't into racing and killing. I know this is a PS2 game, but I think that Katamari Damacy would be great for your kido.

Viva Pinata is supposed to be focused on young kids use.  It's not going to be released until early November, but that's only a week or 2 away.  But I think that would be an Excellent choice to get the youngen.  Here's a link showing what the came looks like and what it entails.

Viva Pinata is coming out this holiday season. I must say it does look like a good and interactive game for the 360. Heck, even I got into the awesome interactive video and I'm 16. It should be wonderful for a 3 year old.
