Star Wars Battlefront Ii - Premium Downloadable Content?
« on: September 14, 2006, 10:10:00 AM »

Hello,

I'm just wondering if anbody else has attempted to play Battlefront II on live with a 360 and managed to download the premium content?

I can download the free content but it won't let me download the premium maps.

After a bit of searching I have found other people in the same situation, with credit cards registered and microsoft points but no joy....

Is this a glitch that we must wait patiently for a fix?

Many thanks,

Hey,

We have the same problem.  We just gave up after trying a few times.  Guess they don't want our money. blink.gif

Thanks for the reply.

Is there ANY way to play online WITHOUT downloading the new maps? Every game I find seems to tell me the host has the new maps and I can't play without them....

Would it not be possible to get the files from an Xbox HDD and then transfer them to your 360 using Xplorer360? Since the 360 emulation uses the exact same file system as the Xbox I'm assuming it will work.

very doubtful. the concept of xbox live downlable content locking to the system isn't a new concept for the 360. i know the premium ninja gaiden downloads locked to the system, and i'm pretty sure all live downloads on the first xbox did.
