don't think so. i see gamerscore as more how much money you have to spend on games.

Except those of us that RENT games... I only have about 8 games in my collection total, and I've never had more then that at one time.

It lets me burn through the short games that arn't really worth the $60 without feeling bad about it.

I enjoy going thought and trying to 100% games, just exploring every nook and crany until I've seen everything there is to see. At least achievements give me a decent guide to how far along I've gotten. Like all the past Tony Hawk games I went though and completed every challenge and got every gap in the game. At least now I have an achievement I can point to when I say that for proof.

but I suppose that, as well as any other form of gloating, could be considered a "wank" factor.... so long as you're refering to "wank" as some sort of e-dick size.

as twisted said, or indicated, or maybe it was someone else: gamerscore doesnt really mean anything, but to a degree it does... sure certain games have patheticly easy achievements so people will play them to pad thier gamerscore, but others take time and dedication... a quick glance at what games people have the most gamer points in will let you know a lot about that persons taste and a little about personality...
